However, hadn't he just formed the Mullanes?? I think if that would have been mentioned in the bio it would have made the story sound quite different!

I enquired with the helpdesk about the author (and I use that term loosely) and they said they couldn't give out any information (probably because they've been flooded with death threats) but that I should feel free to write a new bio.

This is really bad. I wonder why people write things like this.

Anyway, maybe you should write a replacement biog Mrs H-P.

Heard back again from the IMDB helpdesk, who informed me that all biographies are approved by their biography manager.

I suggested their biography manager look into the bios of Paul, Nick and Neil as they were grossly inaccurate and full of venom.

Would love to do new ones myself but I have precisely NO time between now and leaving for Brisbane on Monday. Any volunteers?

THe one from Wikipedia that was linked to before was fairly ok wasn't it? Maybe imdb could use that. Their biogs are pretty ordinary - I use the site quite a bit for film stuff, and sometimes you do wonder if you are talking about the same person!!

I read the one about Tim ages ago and thought it was fairly scathing - not as bad as Hessie's, though.

Maybe we can just redirect them to Wikipedia?

does anyone from here post on this site? I read some of their forum last night and I don't know where some of them get their information from but they all seem to think they are experts on Finn-related matters and a large proportion of them seemed to be sadly misinformed.

I've just read all these bios about Paul, Nick and Neil.

The guy is a joke and two faced. His bios for Paul and Nick do not do them justice and are mainly an excuse to have venemous digs at Neil, whereas his biog on Neil is actually quite admiring and makes no mention of his supposed intimidation and "cruel mind games".

If these are checked by someone working for the site then they are not earning their money.

Some people undermine their own credibility with inaccuracy - from the comments made here it sounds as though that may be the case.

Deliberate muck-raking (if that's what it was - I haven't read it) is nothing more than an attempt to make people's blood boil.

Some people just like to be able to wind other people up. I wish I could have read it; I would have liked to be able to complain about it.

What in the *)%# was that all about Just read the bio of all Crowdie members. Us Frenz can write a better bio then that on all of them. And it would be a little closer to the truth.
