The SBS/RocKwiz site isn't very forthcoming with information.

You'll have to wait until later in the week/weeks to come and they will up-date you on who will be on the next show. Paul's eps was one of the ones you were able to vote for a repeat. So it may be coming soon or not at all.

The Rockwiz website still isn't updated with the info for this weekend (7 Oct)- I've signed up for the mailing list to see if notification also comes out that way. Will post anything when I know it.

Wow - these guys are very efficient -I have obviously hooked into the email cycle and have details on the Rockwiz repeats schedule. Almost like someone was listening on the other side and sent me the dates...

What a fitting grand finale....

No dates are given in the rockwiz email so for those in Aust "please check your local guides" in case there are other changes to regular programming. If the 5 episodes screen consecutively Hessie's episode will be on 11 November. One for the diary.

The SBS website offers podcasts but I don't know if it applies to these shows so those of you who are into this might want to investigate.

FYI - I just seen this advertised and Paul Hester's episode of Rockwiz WILL DEFINTELY be screened next Saturday 11/11/06.

R.I.P. Hessie - now and always.

I caught the Paul episode this Saturday night 22 September - part of Rockwiz's by request series, and it was again a mix of delight - he's such a full on, full of life, funny and lovely person. And yet, just a few weeks later...

The beginning when he bursts out of the curtain and starts manic drumming and leaping out is such a joy, I sat there with a big grin on my face and forgot I was getting ready to go out!

I've seen that episode countless times and it never fails to bring me to tears. Last night was no exception. Everything about it gets to me, the start, the middle and in particular, the end. I just can't help imagining what he was thinking at the time.

But yes, that drumming at the start...what a beautiful way to remember him.
