I'm tryng to find the title of a British film made between 1995-2005.
The plot was based around a guy who developes a mental condition, loses his job(architect), his wife/girlfriend...develops a funny twitch in his neck,that gets worse...later joins a support group, and meets a woman even more loopy than himself...during the end of the film the two of them gate crash his former wife's party(?)..there's a swimming pool, punches thrown (& landed)..and our main man's woman loses her wig !!
It was shown on NZ TV1 about 8months - 1yr ago.

That sounds like "Dirty Filthy Love". If I remember correctly, the female character had a cleanliness OCD, hence the title. I think it was a made-for-TV drama, shown a couple of years ago over here.
