I thought it was a well-placed song in the context of the storyline.
The actress playing it confused me a bit with the smiling at the "victim". It was inappropriate acting. She almost seemed to be trying to play it more lighthearted. If you're dealing with an issue such as that, even if you're acting it, there's no room for not getting it right.
So proud to think that they chose a Neil song for it. So proud to think that Neil could write such a sensitive song.
