If there's anyone who doesn't have "Together Alone" in the US, and would like it, visit the following website: www.thecdexchange.com They sell very-high quality used CDs, and, last time I checked, they have a copy of "Together Alone" (although I don't know why anyone would want to sell their copy-the album's wonderful). Since it's out of print in the US, it's probably one of the most affordable ways to get the CD.
