it cost me £46.00, that price included postage from new zealand, i,m pretty happy with the cost, i,m sure it could, and probably has sold for more,
can any australian, or new zealand fan help me,
i,m after knowing the original cost of this book, those of you who bought it when it was released? i.ve not as yet recieved it,

hey mike - I got it myself a few years back for $15 NZ (which is about 6 pounds, if my conversions are right). Hope that doesn't leave you feeling ripped off - its well worth it I promise. You can't get them for love nor money even here in NZ at the mo....

no not really,when an item be it a cd,dvd, or book becomes a rarity, you will always pay within a certain amount regardless of its original cost,
thats my view anyway,
for those of you still seeking a copy of this book,
theres currently one on ebay at the moment, i think its got about 5 days til bidding enz, best of luck to anyone trying.

Yep - that's how I got to look at it. Probably not the same as having the real book in your hand I suppose.

Original cost in Oz was about $25.00

I printed the whole thing out and put it in a 3 ring binder. It looks a lot bigger when every page is individually printed on one side of 8 x 11 paper. It weighs a ton and I haven't gotten the chance to read it yet.

I think I paid $NZ 35 for mine when it was first published ... and now there are four second-hand copies on abebooks.com ranging from only 100 to 300 US dollars.
