A weak shot in the darkest dark that's ever been dark...

Does anyone know of the existance of a jingle Split Ends apparently recorded in NZ in 1973 for Suzuki?

"Let Suzuki Blow Your Mind."

My guess is it disappeared as soon as it was broadcast, but y'never know.

The only reference I've seen to the Suzuki ad is in John Dix's "Stranded in Paradise" -- if I remember right Mike Chunn doesn't even mention it in "Stranger Than Fiction"

Yeah...the Stranded In Paradise book does mention the jingle, perhaps erroneously, as being the band's first recording session. Perhaps Mike Chunn can help out us out...
