Mr Catalyst here too, though Next Exit is written. I've had mine since July (it was the last one I got) so that's hardly surprising.

Actually that reminds me, isn't it curious how the "wrong" Frenzy was fully withdrawn from sale leaving the album unavailable for some time until the correct one was reissued? Not so with SYR it would seem. Seems that the firt Frenzy will be the one to have. Damn, I got it for a friend in the US but thought I'd wait for my club one. If only said friend wasn't such a fan too I'd buy her 2 (the replacement Digipack and a Jewel case - or something else) in exchange for it. What was I thinking?!

Anyone eles have Next Exit on SYR?

I have Mr. Catalyst on my copy. Wouldn't mind getting the edition with Next Exit.

I did think it would be quite easy to get Next Exit... I'd assumed that the jewel cases were all that way? Mine would have been one of the earliest jewel cases, because I ordered it straight away after they were released(from Amazon UK if anyone wants to try)... and it doesn't say I Walk Away on it.

Thanks for the tip about iTunes, just been over there and appears on Australian iTunes, but not on UK iTunes...! You can only buy True Colours and two best ofs on the UK store... how crazy is that?!

Mine has Next Exit,
I got it from JB Hi Fi in Bourke Street Melbourne about 2 months ago, all 10 remasters new to jewel cases were $9.98 each (needless to say I got all 10).

As in the first run 2006 edition, Greatfox. I quite like the previous mix, for example the title track has the 'round the bend' bit and Stuff And Nonsense sounds good with gongs, though just as good without them.

Six if you're not especially attached to that copy of Frenzy could I perhaps interest you in some kind of trade? If so please PM me.

I'd be happy to trade a next exit copy of SYR for the mr catalyst version.

I'm interested to know if Eddie actually remastered a load of other b-sides such as firedrill or serge (not a b-side per se) which were then vetoed. how else would a remastered mr catalyst have appeared?

All the standard issue jewel remasters have now hit the shops. The jewel cased Frenzy does have the new artwork with the corrected track listing (although i much prefer the old one).

Still not sure which version of Next Exit/Mr Catalyst has been placed on the jewel cased See Ya Round, as that would mean i'd have to buy it, & i already own 3 copies of it. Yes, i know, what's one more. A valid point. I'm assuming (something you should never do apparently), that it remains as per the digi pack release. At least in the Antipodean regions.

I'm just off to hang up my deer stalker. Smiler

Say mummakook, do you have a copy of Big Canoe? You could trade me that for my original Frenzy, otherwise I'm not parting it (when my friends get into 'real' music, I'll lend them the original Frenzy and the remaster at the same time)

And finally, after 6 months and 5 days, 200 POSTS!

Six it just so happens that I'll be passing through NZ next week, and failing that a bit later, so I could get you a brand new copy to trade. PM me if you're interested.

Mummakook, did you want an original (Mushroom) Frenzy, or the original pressing of the "new" Frenzy with the messed up tracklisting?

I'd happily trade either (or both!) for a copy of Big Canoe.

Fair enough Six. AGM you're on! Just the one with the mixed up tracklisting would be fine. I'll PM you.

Heard you the first time. Tis sorted now anyway.

Back to the SYR digipacks with ... anyone point me in the direction of some please? Tried a few in Auckland yesterday but they're all Mr Catalyst still. I know the jewel case is NE, but it seems there's a lot of old stock about
