Hi, I'm wondering if someone can help me with who wrote the following:

I'm So Up (Phil Judd)
Play It Strange (Phil Judd)
Home Comforts (??)
Best Friend (Neil Finn/Tim Finn)
Bergern Aan Zee (Phil Judd ??)

I can guess most of them but Home Comforts remains a mystery. Does anyone know?

Thanks

Home Comforts is sung by Tim, and I presume was written by him.

Bergen Aan Zee is Phil's, unless my memory's playing tricks. Neil borrowed a guitar lick from this for History Never Repeats.

Hmm, that's not really that logical. Tim also sings I'm So Up, and parts of Play It Strange (Neil also sings a lower harmony line with phil on this song) and Neil and Tim sing Bergen Aan Zee, all of which are written by Phil. So Home COmforts isn't necesarily written by Tim. Does anyone actually know? Stranger Than Fiction doesn't mention the song at all, and from the concert I have these songs from it isn't mentioned who wrote what, only that they are new songs that Tim has promised the crowd. Neil should have stolen the rest of Bergen... it's a better song IMHO than History Big Grin
