Oh the club is so cheap to join, that's the one thing that shouldn't stop you.

We noticed that the Rolling Stones club was something like $120 USA per year....YIEKS we are so undercharging with $10.00 USA! (: But still we try to keep it at that level for yearly membership....

Currently we have 63 yearly membership spots open and one Life spot for those interested.

I'll be more than interested in the Life membership if another slot ever comes open Gryph. Big Grin I doubt if I've been a member long enough though for that Frowner
I'm sure that a lot of other FRENZ on this forum will say the exact same thing. Wink

Please feel free to start a new topic in General Frenz to ask about and discuss club memberships. I'd be interested in the answer too Smiler

Not sure if this is on topic or not, but... I just bought the One Step Ahead laser disc for 3 euros, which is about 5 australian dollars....

Is this a rare single, or are they very easy to find? I've got no idea!!

Sorry Texas my fault on that one.....

Deb is about to send in the latest Frenz.com orders for the ENZ book, so once I have processed those few, should know roughly what's left from that batch. Around 20 maybe? So any Frenz still deciding it's probably worthwhile emailing me to hold a copy of the book. I just know after they have all gone the Emails will start wanting copies, it nearly always happens. (: (: (:

Just on my 3rd read through now.
Keep finding things i missed.

20 left. Wow. Looks like it might run to a second edition. Revised & expanded perhapse?
Or is there a Volume 2 in the wings.

"Bowling Gnomes" The Rock Magazine for all ceramic garden ornaments says:

"a pocket sized book of Enz facts & fun, that packs a punch to the funny bone, & scores a bulls eye in the pics department. No coffee table should be without it. Milk no sugar thanks. 5 Stars."

"Rolling Foam" An Obscure Underground Surfing Magazine says:

"bigger then a top swell at Bells. Buy it. We did!"

"Strolling Chrome" A Magazine for the over 50's says:

"goes well with a cuppa & a dunked bicky. Informative".

The Wagga Wagga Weekly is yet to publish a review. Shame.

oh a one off run is fine for us at this time, kind of like it becoming rare. I have to admit I did have a cuppa nd dunked Tim Tam while reading it....so Strolling Chrome really have their fingers on the pulse (if they can find one.Opps).

Could Ann Toran and meg Jones please email me. You haven';t updated your addresses so we had 2 returns on parcels that contain the book......

Thanks
Gryph.

Enough with the ageist jokes. I mean most of the Enz are old enough to read Strolling Chrome! Grey hair or not they can still rock and Tim sets many a female pulse racing.

My copy arrived august 7, the day after my birthday, and so one of my better birtdays so far. Even after reading al the reviews and comments here, my first reaction when I held the book was: "Wooooooooow" and then "How does he (PG) do it?" A big thank you and congratulations to PG!

Meanwhile I have read it completely, but maybe a little too fast: where, when and by who was that magnificent photo from the back cover made?

It is hard to point other highlights. The Tim interview perhaps and the one with Paulo, also the letters to the frenz, the Noel interview etc.

Thanks '73 glad you enjoyed it.

Back cover shot taken a few hours before the Press Conference for the Enz recent Australian Tour.

Had an early photo session in the morning,..and then they wore the costumes (the ARIA hall of Fame ones) in the car to the press Conference at Prahran.

Thought we'd have the old shot on the cover and a recent shot on the back....

28 Copies! Hurry, hurry folks.

The Wangaratta Wire said: " a little ripper of a read, with pictures! "

The Gympie Gazette said: " Sadly the letter is a much maligned artform these days, this little tome does much to redress that wrong "

The Bush Telegraph said: " Fits snuggly into both swag & saddle bag. Just be sure to keep it drizabone ".

The Mooney Ponds Mail reviewer is currently on leave, & the work experience reviewer has misplaced their reading glasses before the current edition went to press.

Well the list of Enz Live shows continues to grow. Since the books release around 20 extra dates have been added to the list.

Was chatting with Crowth and he remembered the Enz gig supporting GENTLE GIANT at Southampton.
I tracked down the date for this one- May 17th
and the Gentle Giant website mentions the Enz...

http://members.aol.com/JAskelly/GGpartsix.htm

and that gig.

Anyway if anyone can add to the list of dates please email me, you need to be 100% correct though....be nice to add another 100 to the list.

thanks
Gryph
