I actually forget exactly how it's done (I had trouble getting my avatars to work for ages) but if you have a photo on you computer you would like to use, you need to have it 'hosted' somewhere (I use photobucket)so save it in your host then browse thru your profile thingy where it says something like 'your own avatar' and cut and paste from the link on your picture (this is the URL, and if you have photo bucket this will be in the top one of the 3 boxes you will have under your photo)

Well it Depends on what songs because i love tims voice in poor boy but i love neils voice in message to my girl very very hard choice i can't pick!

For Split Enz I would have to say Tim, but only because Neil's voice didn't fully mature until later. The Neil of 'Temple of Low Men' onwards sounds (to my ears, at least) better than Tim at any point in his career. Tim may have had a wider range than Neil, but Neil's voice just has that amazing soothing Lennon-ish quality to it that Tim's doesn't even come near.
