Yup, the US re-issue of Anniversary tacitly grabbed three tracks from Living Enz: Dirty Creature, Six Months in a Leaky Boat, and an "Easter Egg" closer (not listed in the liner notes), Hard Act to Follow. Presumably this was done in order to pad out a relatively short album with more "hits". However, the liner notes don't even mention the fact that these three songs are taken from Living Enz, and the sound quality is noticeably worse than the rest of Anniversary.

Why the two "bonus" live tracks which later turned up on the "I Got You" CD were not used on any version of Anniversary is a mystery to me -- they sound fine.

I haven't watched the Split Enz DVD for a while but I think it includes a song or two from the 1993 Anniversary shows.

The Enz DVD features 'Shark Attack' from the 1993 tour (not 1983, despite what the menu says!) with that fabulously looped, canned audience noise. Woo hoo for freeze-dried products! Apparently there is footage in existence from 1993, but it's stayed in the archives...
