Ok, at the risk of being branded a weirdo I'm going to go ahead with this post. For weeks now I have been noticing how the trains in Brisbane (Aus) when they take off from a station or break while entering one make a sound EXACTLY like the opening note of Bold as Brass - you know that long sorta wail. Normally I wouldn't post such an obscure thing like this on the forum but EVERY time i hear it at the staion I have to stop myself from launching into the "dooo do do dah dah dah" part. I'm afraid one day I will!. Anyway, any fellow Brisbanites noticed this phenomenon or am I going mad!?

ok never been to brisbane but i probably will sometime
i can imagine it though
i have been in trains that go through tunnels and make a similar noise
i have accidentaly started singing like when it was at school for our stage challenge(dance)production when we were listening to the soundtrack and i just suddenly started singing to i see red
i was laughed at for the next week but they got over it
