would have been nice to have seen neil's eyes...and i thought the question about paul (how did you feel about his passing) was a bit tacky and dumb... and a commercial mid-song was annoying.

other than all that, it was ok.

where were the songs filmed?

- the Orbisonesque glasses did look faintly ridiculous and very atypical Neil, I thought.

The backgrop from the live segments looks similar to the one used on this year's tour, although I assume the live footage was shot in a studio?

Would love to see this as it was not on up here on ITV Central and no Sky/Cable TV in this here house. Am keeping an eye out to see if it does get shown, but will probably be on at an ungodly hour so will have to be eagle eyed to spot it. Hope it will be on YouTube soon (hint, hint...!!).

I'm thinking that it was shot in the US prior to the UK gigs, the mention of Glastonbury and the Mexican wave could have been added as the show was edited, some time after the actual filming. The live stuff could have been filmed in a theatre, say the afternoon of a gig, with no audience, all the songs are short versions, no guitar or keyboard solos in DDIO.
Cat Deely is sort of based in the states doing one of those crap talent shows I believe.

Not a bad intro to the group if you have never seen / heard them before, Yes........we would have different questions for Neil, Nick etc, except there was no etc.
But probably it was not aimed at us. Very Weird cutting off a song in the middle for adverts.

Having now watched it properly, I agree, windystudios - reckon it was filmed during the US tour - Don McGlashan in the background was the giveaway!

The version of TYAAM was stunning and I hope it finds its way to Youtube - I would upload but don't 'have the technology'. Shame all musical interludes were either abbreviated, by CH (no doubt on programme makers orders)or by ITV.

i thought the shades looked absolutley fine !

I was wondering where the songs were shot as well. Can't imagine it being at an actual concert; if it was, the fans there were very quiet and nobody was dancing. Very unlike us CH fans!
