I know I'm not the only who noticed this, but at the start of When You Come, Neil very nearly goes into Pinball Wizard. He should have done it!

- sorry to dredge this up from 'the ocean floor' but we're half-way through watching 'Happy Feet' with the kids (had it on Sky+ since Xmas!). I was sure I read that 'Nobody Wants To' featured in the soundtrack to the film.....looks like I was wrong but......did it ever feature in the soundtrack to a penguin movie, or was it (ice) shelved. I'm off back to the penguins......but expect an answer later!! |

While I have no idea if it ever made it into the film, as I haven't seen it, I would suspect the surfing penguin film in question is "Surf's Up" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Surf%27s_Up_%28film%29 edit: my mind may be playing tricks on me, but I think it was "Heaven That I'm Making" that prompted Neil's comment about surfing penguins. Oh well, it doesn't seem to be on the soundtrack (just checked on Amazon). |

I recall that it was Heaven That I'm Making that he said was written for a film about surfing penguins. So with that in mind, I was definitely listening for it when we took our kids to see Surf's Up at the theatre, but did not hear the song. It's also nowehere to be found on the DVD. Maybe the song didn't make the cut.

Are you sure it's "Heaven That I'm Making"? The premise reminds me of Foottrot Flats, only with a penguin surfing instead of a dog. So I'm thinking:
