April 16th, Sarah Slean - The Phoenix Concert Theatre in Toronto. One new artist whose music has made me want to find out more. I was reading on a message board at her website ( Sarah Slean ) how some ppl in the UK went to see Ron Sexsmith, with Sarah as the opening artist, and were "blown away" by her.

I'm seeing Nanci Griffith in April, Tori Amos and Suzanne Vega in June, Oasis in July and Joan Armatrading in September! Woah! That's a lot for me.

Martine, that must be why we only get her every six months or so. Never seen her yet, but love her music. I'll be lucky to get to this show but will try. Sarah's fans call themselves the "Passioneers". Cool.

I always see my share of local bands in Austin but there a couple of road shows on the agenda.
