As mentioned in General Frenz - We're doing an overhaul of the whole site and one of the things we're working on is adding a few bits and pieces to the old Frenz.com Neil solo site.

Here's what we're looking for:

Photos you took at Neil solo shows between 1997 and 2007, that you'd be happy for us to put on the site.

Scans of Setlists and Ticket stubs from Neil solo shows in the same period.

Scans of Tour Posters and Tour Schedule ads.

Transcriptions and Scans of Magazine Articles, Interviews, and Reviews from the same period - Including any links to articles that are still online.

Please email me at iarla [at] frenz.com with anything you have. In the case of scans and photos, please email me first and we'll arrange a way to get photos in order to us as I don't want to have a deluge of photos to download from my email at the same time.

Hi all - I wanted to bump this thread, specifically to highlight and remind people to send on anything they have. Thanks to Tina Devins, Jasmine Nunn and Liesbet Amerijckx for their contributions thusfar.

The Neil archive WILL see the light of day, hopefully in the second half of the year once the discography database is out of the gate. It will link in with the discography database too.

The Frenz.com fundraiser in November 2006 funded some of the discography work (It still needs more work) and paid for some of the initial costs of doing the Crowded House site (Actual costs, not time we spent). We will be holding a fundraiser later in the year, but for now, we're asking for content

If you can scan something/transcribe something have something to offer - Please get in touch.

If you have something that you think might fit, but don't have a scanner - Email me. If you're happy to snail mail it to us, we're happy to scan it and send it back to you in the same condition.

I'll root around and see what I can find. I've certainly got some ticket stubs I can scan

I wanted to bump this thread again - The money from this year's auction is trickling in, and this is a project that I'd really like to get up there as part of the Frenz.com relaunch in Feb, especially in light of the Seven Worlds shows ahead.

If you have an interview from a magazine you'd be willing to scan and transcribe, that'd be awesome too

I did indeed get the DVD-R of stuff. I think you ask me about that everytime we post about this topic

It's sitting here, and I have to go through it

If I can work out this new scanner,I'd be more than happy to email some things ~ Can't belive I missed this thread for so long

Another thing I forgot to mention to all of you is that if there's any clippings, articles, ticket stubs, photos etc that you'd be happy lending us to scan, we will scan them and send them back to you in the same condition you sent them

A big thank you to the very quick off the mark Finngirl who has sent a whole bunch of great scans since I posted this today

Yes, still need things. This thing is not going to be "done", it's the type of thing where even when it's up, we still need contributions.
