7 Worlds Collide comes to London

Neil Finn is bringing the 7 Worlds Collide project to London for a very special one off show at Dingwalls in Camden.

The exclusive and intimate show will take place on August 11th, and will feature Neil Finn, Ed O'Brien and Phil Selway of Radiohead and Glenn Kotche and John Stirratt of Wilco. Together they will be premiering tracks from the forthcoming album The Sun Came Out.

Tickets go on sale Monday 3rd August at 9am and cost £25. Get them from Live Nation online, or by calling 0844 576 5483.

Wish I could go, but it's such short notice...

Had my suspicions once I saw Wilco tour + Largo dates , but great to see those come to fruition.

Dingwalls is pretty small capacity venue so reckon those tickets will go fast especially given collective enthusiasm of Neil / Radiohead / Wilco fanbase.

No sign of a pre-sale link on LiveNation, but probably too close to Monday to set one up...or am I wrong Gryph ??? Wink Smiler

OMG and damn, damn, damn!!! I knew this would happen right when I wouldn't be able to go.

I'm so poor at the moment I'm relying on handouts from the church mouse Razzer

Have fun those that can make it, will look forward to the reports (with raging jealousy Wink)

I'm gunna try! I'm on holidays in Norway then (stalking wilco), and am operating on the principle that Norway and the UK are practically next door to each other. I mean if I went across for the Auckland shows from Melb, why should this be different?

Only issue is I'm on a plane when tickets go on sale, so I'm relying on my sister to get me these impossible to get tickets. I know its a hard task, but I may love her less if she fails. No pressure though.

You lucky ducks Big Grin

Good luck to everyone getting tickets - may each and every one of you end up with front centre. Wink Razzer

I love the thought of going to shows, and the excitement and anticipation etc, but what I DO NOT miss is the nervous wait for tickets to go on sale, while I try to get online as fast as my little fingers can type, and while I wait to see how good (or otherwise) my tickets are going to be.

But I'm very excited for everyone who is in the right place for this.

Go get 'um... Big Grin

I wonder if Johnny Marr or KT will be there considering they're both UK based?

Whee!
I'm checking Eurostar tickets and it's doable - though very few seats available, I'll have to book soon but don't dare do it before I'm certain of having a ticket for the show.

I have no real experience with livenation. Is it harder to get tickets when ordering from abroad or are they electronic tickets?

I just put Live Nation in Google and there are various sites for different countries depending where you are. You need to set up an account too. Good luck!
