OK this is a bit of a golden oldie on one of my compilation video tapes - does anyone know where and when this was recorded - I have Neil doing a very cool 'Spirit Of The Stairs' on an acoustic and asn interview - I think it was given away to people on The Beat room mailing list or could it have been on an old FOTE video newsletter? I know it's 1998 but I'm not sure whether it's Scotland or Liverpool - he talks a lot about The Beatles as an influence. Can anyone out there help get a better fix on this?
