Just so people know, I am trying to prune our forum a bit. I have searched out a number of registrations that have NEVER posted. I emailed each person to see if he or she wanted to still have this membership. Any email that bounced I am deleting the membership. If we can't contact you, and you haven't posted, then losing the membership probably won't mean anything. You can always sign up again with a real email address!
If you get an email like that (as in it doesn't bounce) and you want that identity kept, don't reply. I will only delete registrations for people with ZERO posts whose emails bounce OR who reply and tell me it's OK to delete that registration.
I want the forum to run smoothly, and this is the first time I'm doing this in nearly 2 years. I hope nobody gets upset at a deleted non-posting membership!!!!
And this explains why the # of registered members on the home page is going down.
Thanks, Deb
PS: Don't forget that you do NOT have to register just to read things here. You ONLY have to be a registered member to post or vote in polls.
