The only Time Tim and Jimeion have worked together as far as I now was on the Tibet Council.

Got this out from the video store the other day, aside from laughing my arse off at Jimeoin, Tim is indeed performing Many's The Time on the last episode on the set. His voice isn't the best, and only his vocals are live, everything else is mimed, and it's pretty funny seeing the drummer mime that drum break. The drummer is also the drummer from My Friend the Chocolate Cake and also the drummer from Neil Finn's TWT tour band.

Hi Camus,
I actually got the series 2 DVD for my birthday and I cried when I found this out - Even though I love Jimeion!
Which volume is he on because when I went to Sanity, I picked up two DVDS of series 1 - one with a black cover and one with a white cover? Also, one DVD has Shaun Micallef on it and the other has a girl on it (can't remember her name).
Sorry about my ramblings
Cheers

Hi mimeartiste, it's series 1 vol 1, the one with the black cover and Tim is on the last episode on disc 2. Only the singing is live, the rest is mimed (better than Southern Sons who were totally mimed and badly at that, that was certainly a hideous blast from the past, I can tell you) and it's only half of the song.

*bump* Finally went out and got this some time ago now, but was actually watching the whole thing during the week and finished off last night with THE episode. Did anyone else notice that Michael Baker is drumming? I probably wouldn't have myself before March. Just thought I'd mention this. I have to agree with Camus that Tim's voice isn't the best in parts, but still great to have. At least the credits aren't running over him, or they don't have Jimeoin and co running around in the background (funny though it is with some of them), as they do with some of the others they have on.
