I can't wait, Magic Kingdom was just awesome and I've now got my wife hooked on Split Enz, Tim Finn, she's in love with him

Finn/Judd/Golding = CLUB RELEASE! Even if it was properly finished, it still wouldn't have got a major release. As for I See Redabilly, it's great! Maybe he should a entire album like that!

Looking forward to hearing some new material next month at the Troubadour show. http://downwithtyranny.blogspot.com/______________________________ I hear you're buying a synthesizer and an arpeggiator and are throwing your computer out the window because you want to make something real. You want to make a Yaz record. I hear that you and your band have sold your guitars and bought turntables. I hear that you and your band have sold your turntables and bought guitars.

That's been pretty dead in the water since just before Enz last year, so I'd give it another couple of years at least for the tensions to settle. Nothing to stop Tim and Miles working together of course, apart from distance.

Oh my, the good news keeps coming from the Finn front. It started last year with Imaginary Kingdom, then CH and now I can dream on about this new album. Thanks Gryphon for posting this news. And if I See Redabilly is anything to go by, Tim is still in fine - no, excellent - form.

I'm so glad the best of keeps getting put back - Tim is flowing with creativity - why re-release old stuff when there is new stuff coming (although maybe the record company could have done the best of, pushed it really hard before Christmas, and piqued interest for when the new album comes) Oh and I'm a Sacred Cow now!

Probably a tad premature since he doesn't yet know when the album will be ready. The tour he'll be doing shortly in the US is the long awaited IK tour proper (though it was released there later than the rest of the world, Tim was meant to be touring it during the summer however I think his intentions were somewha thwarted by other happenings ...
