I don't know what The Big Steal was all about, but the film should have starred Phil & Tim as Good Cop Bad Cop or Weird Cop Straight Cop or something like that instead. Phil's never looked more freaky cool and Tim don't look too shabby neither. They certainly steal all the thunder from the film excerpts. Awesome!

I think it will download straightaway from this link, so hold on to your horses!

Hi Horst! The clips should play fine on your PC, but you'll need Quicktime if you don't have it. A quick Google search should find you a free download of Quicktime.

I'll grumble with you Kazzie. Downloaded it to the computer anyway to have a proper dig and look and see what the go is with this quicktime. I've already had it downloaded as well, but something isn't working.

Thanks for the link Elf.

I also had QT before, and it didn't work, but after installing the newest version it worked.

Hi everyone, yeah, you might need Quicktime 7. Didn't think of that. Otherwise, most of these clips have now been uploaded to youtube if that works better for you.

I had trouble with this clip too. I called my niece in (sometimes I can be a real techno-duffer - usually when I'm also being really impatient Roll Eyes)) and she had a go but couldn't get it to work either. (Yesssssss - its not always me Razzer)

Once she had got hold of the computer of course that was the end of it for me, however instead of cancelling the request, for some reason she minimsed the window and went on with whatever she was doing.

After literally about 10 minutes it just suddenly started playing. Neither of us could believe it, and when she suddenly called me sharply, I thought something ghastly had happened.

We've played it again a couple of times since, and its the same every time - we have to click on it, then just wait. It eventually comes up. I don't know whether that will help anyone else, but hopefully it will, because its worth having a look at.

The problem is that when you click the link you are actually downloading the whole video to your pc...it probably stays in the Windows "registry" section for a few days and is then automatically deleted by your Windows system.
The good news though is that once the video has finished playing you can return back to the link, right click on it, and save it to your harddrive for good...but you'll need Quicktime or VLC to play the file from your pc.
I forgot, your net download speed may be under 1mb, that would also explain the long wait.

I think my niece may have actually tried getting the clip straight from Phil Judd's page or something as well (rather than using the link provided). Sorry, I forgot to mention that originally.
