More was a surprise, not owning Practial Jokers or Counting The Beat i didn't realise Bones sang lead on any of their songs

Not only that, but I'm sure that's a fairly different recording from the one that was on the album. Don't remember seeing More mentioned as a single anytime either. Hmmm. over to the Phuddster's page methinks to find out more on obscure Swingers releases...

I'm a bit confused to the fact that !counting the beat" never was a hit here in the uk, it was tailor made for here,

That version of "More" sounds like it may be a rough mix; the vocals are the same, but percussion is much more prominent, and it sounds like the horn section that's in the album version isn't there.

Since, by the look of things, the video was shot at the Music Farm Studios, where the album was recorded, maybe the song just wasn't finished yet.

looks like the video for More was taken from "The Story Of The Swingers" which was posted by the same guy who posted the other Phil videos on youtube. I have a theory it might acutally be Phil, cause the video's have all "mysteriously" ended up on his site

Sound quality sucks but it looks like it's an outtake from the movie.

Nice one, not seen that before. Definitely not from the movie as the movie version is The Swingers live on stage, the finale. The video is pretty cheaply made though. A lot of late 70's/early 80's bands made at least one video like this, ie in a square plastic lined room because it was the cheapest kind of video to make. Off the top of my head, INXS did one and there was one for I See Red of course!
